Clarify the basics in your market message with your intro and outro, by understanding your market position in your marketplace.
This may sound simple, but it’s a common step we forget as we tend to get straight to the point of the service we provide, rather than covering the basics so they know where to find us.

What do you offer and who do you offer this for?
When creating your marketing message, do you share every product and service you offer?
Alternatively, do you share just one offer and forget to tell your audience who this serves?
We believe you should share both and day two, will show you how to do this and the best practices to identify this for your business.
Who is your target audience and how do you find them?
However, one of the main things that are feedback from day two is, ‘we help everyone’ or ‘we don’t know who we best serve yet’.
So, day three is all about exploring your ideal target audience in more detail and exploring how you can identify your top five customers to find more of them, to help with clarity in your marketing message.
P.S. This activity takes a little bit of time but we will ensure you have the best time, in creating clarity around your message and who you best serve along the way!
What’s the itch you scratch, the problem you solve and how does it benefit them?
So, now that we have more clarity around our top five customers, we are going to delve a little deeper into the itch that you scratch and how you best help them.
As if we can’t summarise this and keep it simple in our opening statement when it comes to our market message.
Simply, how will they know it’s you that can help itch their scratch or remove their pain point in the product or service you provide?
Call to Action!
When I say this is the number one thing, 95% of business owners forget or get wrong, is not an understatement.
So, we need to be very clear and tell them, what you want them to do next.
To take them on a journey with you and apply action against your message and offer.
