David Whittlestone is a Mortgage Advisor and Protection specialist, based in South Yorkshire. Helping first-time buyers and self-employed entrepreneurs onto the property market and buy their dream home.
Helping them not only buy the house of their dream at a better interest rate than the high street, but also ensuring they are protected in terms of insurance for their forever homes and families.
What was the scenario before you started working together/attending the Ask Zoe Strategy Day?
David needed support in helping market his business more effectively. To help generate enquires into his business more regularly; to increase profitability and grow his customer base and team.
What were your goals?
My main goal by going into the strategy day was to continue to help others and to market this message effectively.
By educating my audience, so I am the first Mortgage and Protection advisor they think off when they are looking to purchase a property in the local area of South Yorkshire.
I was not crystal clear on how I could make that happen and that’s why I attended the strategy day, to help me achieve this in my marketing message and pipeline for 2024/25 and beyond.

I chose to work with Zoe because I needed support in marketing my business more effectively. I wanted to generate inquiries more consistently, increase profitability, and grow my customer base and team.
