What was the scenario before working with Ask Zoe?

Wanting to create an offer and service within existing business, that elevated the brand and allowed Hats By Sherry to work more effectively by creating a Ready to Wear (Limited Edition) collection.

So, the ratio of work could result in 80% ready to wear and 20% bespoke orders, from November 2025.

This would allow Sherry to free up more time to create more flexibility in semi- retirement by generating more income for the business. By knowing how to market this effectively within own market position and pricing.

What were your goals by attending the Ask Zoe Strategy Day?

My long-term goal was to achieve goals through a strategic approach. Ideally turning dreams into reality by becoming more efficient and profitable in my business.

Why did you choose to work with Ask Zoe?

I chose to work with Zoe because of her reputation and friendship within our local networking group, The Growth Community. She is super friendly, and knowledgeable, and genuinely wants to see you and your business succeed.

What was your biggest take away from the Ask Zoe Strategy Day?

Making the time to plan over a full day with clear intentions.

Plus, working with others during the day, and having concise feedback from both Zoe and the rest of the group was most beneficial.

Zoe’s continued support afterwards gave the whole experience great value.  I also worked with a chosen accountability buddy which also worked very well.

What have been your results since attending the Ask Zoe Strategy Day?

As a result of the strategy day, I have made the relevant changes to achieve my short-term goals and pricing of my services, to create differentiation in the marketplace for bespoke creations and ready to wear.

I also proceeded onto 1:1 support, following the completion of the strategy day; to continue my efforts and reach my long-term goals by November 2025.

Would you recommend Ask Zoe to others?

Yes, I would certainly recommended Zoe to others. It is always good to put plans to paper, but the achievement of making it happen was delivered with   Zoe’s help and guidance. Being a great networker, she also has a vast amount of knowledge and lots of contacts, both locally and further afield.
