Heather Caddick is a Body Confidence and Nutrition Coach, who empowers women to stop dreaming about having the perfect body and to start loving the one they already have, unconditionally. Heather is also a skin care ambassador for Tropic Skincare brand which enables her to look after her client’s skin as well.

What was the scenario before you started working together?

The scenario prior to Heather coming on board with fab group strategy was initially just to find out more about our services through a free discovery call. It was apparent through this call that Heather had a big passion for improving ladies’ mindset in reference to body confidence and nutrition; through the power of her own journey and that off her clients too.

After the free taster session, it was evident that fab strategy whether this be on a 1:1 basis or group workshop, would be of benefit. As, it would allow heather to create synergy between the services she offered, generate ideas for additional income stream and market herself for effectively.

Heather chose to take up the offer of fab strategy in a group/workshop setting. As this allowed her to also share her message with the audience within the group first for feedback.

What were their goals?

Heather’s goals where solely based around establishing a brand to market herself more effectively and to develop a service or product that would appeal to her target market. This would allow Heather to bring in sustainable income to the business and attract more of her ideal clients.

What was the process?

The process for Heather to come on board with fab group strategy was as follows:

  • Referral from existing customer
  • Free discovery/taster session
  • Confirmed place on April group strategy session
  • Completed discovery form prior to sessions taking place
  • Attended all five workshop sessions with recordings, minutes and remote support for guidance.
  • What were the results?

Upon reflection and in discussion with Heather, she found her results to be as follows:

“I am now clearer on my brand, values and messaging; on how to use these more effectively in my marketing and the best platforms to share this message upon.

I was also able to create a subscription model to role out to my audience accompanied with a 5 day challenge; which has increased my exposure and created a sales funnel for my ideal clients.
