Integral Networks, are an Installation Company based in South Yorkshire, working with telecommunications and third-party companies to install high-quality cabling for network purposes, such as internet, telecoms, and internal systems/software.

 

What was the scenario before we started working?

We were struggling to make progress with my marketing efforts as it was all reliant on one person, and I felt like I had a lack of direction with my current marketing efforts.

Before attending the strategy day, our approach was splatter-dash with no clear direction.

Luckily this is not the case anymore.

 

What were our goals?

Our goal was to create a marketing plan over the next 90 days in business, based on where we wanted to be as a company in the next 12 months. By focusing on the right marketing activity that works best for our business.

We wanted to gain clarity, direction and the right support, which led to more leads for our business.

The process was easy to follow, after knowing Zoe through my local network. We had already built-up trust and I knew I wanted to work with Zoe on this area of the business.

We met each other at a local exhibition/networking event and what she shared resonated and from here, the booking process was straightforward and easy to follow, and I was well inform at each stage, from our discovery session to the day itself and the follow up support that followed.

This allowed me to understand what I needed to accomplish at every stage and ensured the marketing activities generated a result.

Zoe’s expertise and structured approach made a significant difference in my marketing success, she also came up with a lot of different ideas that I had not thought of.

Results since attending the strategy, have provided the business with two new clients in the value of £4,000 or above per service taken and resulted in a couple of warm leads PCM which helps keeps our pipeline growing and building relationships long term for the business.
