Natalie is a new business offering virtual assistant and administrative support to neurodiverse business owners who are struggling with the overwhelm of running a business.

Why did you want to participate in the program?

To gain an insight/ tool to develop and grow my customer base for my new business

How did you find the experience and were there any key high lights for you?

Overall, I found the experience very enjoyable. There were moments that really tested my knowledge or the lack of. Proving my decision to participate in the course was the right for both me and my business. My Key Highlight was the clarity of understand after each session

How did you find the flow and experience of the program, such as delivery, buddy system, remote support and resources?

Absolutely loved this format and delivery. The time flew by. The buddy system is excellent to the point we are still keeping in touch.

The support from Zoe has been 2nd to none. During the course my dad was taken ill. And the friendly all round wellbeing support has been far more than I ever expected.

What have been the wins since completing the program?

In the short time since completing the program, I have gained 3 new clients with a diary filling weekly with more discover calls. The biggest win for me has been the tools to navigate the worth my business has as a service provider for other business owners

Absolutely . Ever business at every level should work with Ask Zoe. I aim to come back with Productive Edge and see what a fresh look and Zoe’s skills can bring to my business once its a few years old.

What’s next for Productive Edge!

Productive Edge is currently drafting the outline for a book designed to help fellow business owners, especially neurodiverse, become more productive in both their working and personal lives and also know when it’s time to ask for help i.e. use a VA.
