What the strategy day covers

Step One:
To start the day off we look at YOUR purpose, YOUR why and current market position.

This is vital, as it is what should drive you daily.

It is the point that all business decisions should be made from.

Without this groundwork, making business improvements and achieving your ultimate goals would be much more difficult.

Step Two:
We research the gaps in your business and, the all-important, opportunities.

By utilising a number of tools, including competitor analysis, we look at your offering against that of your competitors. Do they offer something you could too?

At this point of the day, we pair you up with a fellow business owner to ensure you have a fresh paid of eyes upon the research for your business.

We also map out your customer journey to ensure that you are not missing any vital stages which could help to bring in more business, retain customers, and turn them into ambassadors for your business.

Plus, we take a look into the opportunities in your marketplace; to guide you in terms of content and platforms to push your business forward.

Step Three:
It’s time to think big! Bigger than you’ve possibly allowed yourself in the past.
